Friday night Kellie, Jay, Matt & Christine came over. Nola and Rose had such a good time. It was sooooo cute watching the girls get into everything....our house it NOT baby proofed at all but we still have time for that :)

Week 39 Doctor Visit

Went to see Dr. Jim today, all is looking great....my blood pressure is 110/70, baby's heart rate sounded fantastic, I gained 2 lbs since last week, dilated 1 cm still, 95% effaced and belly measured at a whopping 42.5 cm! Sooooo, Dr. Jim talked to Dr. Mike and because of the size of the baby we are scheduled for another doctor appointment with Dr. Sarah on Tuesday, 1/27 at 8:30 am for final check. Unless something happens before that we are going to be induced that night at midnight (which is actually the start of Wednesday, 1/28). Yeah!!! :) :)

I knew I grew a lot this week, I feel so huge! Lets see how big our precious one will be....all 3 rotating doctors (Dr. Mike, Dr. Jim and Dr. Sarah) are scheduled at Morristown during this time so that makes us very happy. We like them all the same and feel comfortable with any of them being there with us.

We'll keep you all posted if anything happens before then.

38 Weeks & 4 Days

Week 38 Update

Hello all, went to see Dr. Sarah today and I am officially on maternity leave. My blood pressure was good, baby's heart rate was good, I am 1 cm dilated, belly measured 38 cm and lost one pound from last week which is normal. I am doing good but ready to relax some and enjoy the extra time before the big day. I'm swelling some at the end of the day and having trouble sleeping but that's to be expected. So, I've been pretty lucky so far!

Brian and I are now on a mission to get things ready, not just for the baby but the little bit of quiet time we have left to enjoy each other, just us :) Maybe go to a movie, one last dinner out or just relax together are just a few things we would like to do. Lilly is also excited and can't wait to meet Baby Fox :O)

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year! Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season. Sorry it has been so long since we last sent an update. It has been very busy, lots to do! The baby's room is coming along, we are cleaning out the house & preparing for baby Fox.

Weekly doctor visits now, everything is right on schedule & getting closer. Brian & I are very anxious & excited for the big day!
